The assembly was held on January 28th, 2014 at 8.00 a.m. at the Terengganu State Stadium. YBhg. Dato' Hj. Adzlan bin Mohd Dagang, the Mayor, the Secretary and all Department Directors attended the assembly. A few messages were conveyed to the staff by the Mayor including A New Year wishes with his hope to gain maturity and good experiences towards a better life ahead.

The assembly began with The Secret Act 1972 pledge by all staff. Insentives were given to those who had shown excellent work from July to December 2013. The token were also given to the pensioners and those who will be retiring soon. Besides that, the Takaful Insurance cheque was also given to the family whom had passed away.

The Mayor gave a special token to Encik Azih bin Muda, Assistant Administrative Officer who was officially appointed as the Malaysian CUEPACS President for 2013/2016 session replacing YBhg. Dato' Hj. Omar bin Osman who retired last year.
