Majlis Bandaraya Kuala Terengganu (MBKT) held their Hari Raya celebration at Stadium Negeri Kuala Terengganu on 28th July 2015. It started from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. Dato ' Seri Haji Ahmad Razif Abd. Rahman, Terengganu Chief Minister came to the celebration together with the staffs and the crowd.

Varieties of scrumptious food were prepared during the Hari Raya celebration, Rendang and Ketupat are the compulsory dishes for the celebration. Apart from that they served Nasi Minyak, Nasi Dagang, Soto, Mee Jawa, Satay, Fried Mee, Grilled Mutton, Cendol, Air Batu Campur, cakes, deserts and many more tasty dishes.

Majlis Bandaraya Kuala Terengganu staffs and SUKTRA team performed during the celebration. Guests are entertained with their performances with new and oldies raya songs.

In the ceremony, the Mayor contributed 67 hampers and Duit Raya for the orphans. All of the orphans were from Kuala Terengganu area. These contributions gave them a bundle of joy during the Hari Raya Celebration. They were so grateful to receive all the gifts.

Hari Raya celebration was successfully organized this year with almost 4000 guests attending the celebration. The fully attendance of MBKT's staffs and the presence of the crowd had strengthen the relationship among them.
