The ceremony was held on 12 Rabiul Awal 1435H/January 13th, 2014 at the Terengganu State Stadium. Kuala Terengganu City Council's contingent consisting of 45 staff became a runner-up for the State Government and statutory body category while Terengganu Advanced Technical Institute (TATiUC) became the winner.
