Majlis Bandaraya Kuala Terengganu had successfully launched the Asyura Festival on November 10th, 2016 located behind the MBKT Exclusive Club, Batu Burok, Kuala Terengganu. It began as early as 7.30 am. and ended at 12.30 pm. The task was given accordingly to the sport houses. The Councill Members and the Chairman of Community Representative Committee also attended the ceremony.
