YBhg. Dato' Seri Arfah binti Abdul Razak, the Chief Secretary Ministry of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government came to visit Bukit Tunggal Market, Kuala Terengganu on February 6, 2014 to monitor the progress of the project. Puan Norsiah binti Sulaiman, Assistant Chief Secretary (Urban Wellbeing Division) and Encik Ismail bin Mokhtar, Assistant Secretary (Local Government Division) also attended the visit.

RYBhg. Dato' Haji Adzlan bin Mohd Dagang, the Kuala Terengganu City Mayor, Tuan Hj. Wan Lotfi bin Wan Ismail, the Assistant Chief Secretary ( Terengganu Local Government Department) and Encik Zulkefly bin Hassan, the Development and Maintenance Department Director welcome the group. The RM4.25 million project which was funded by the ministry was fully completed and ready to locate the tenant.
