The ceremony was held on December 8th, 2014 at 8.30 pm. located at Stadium Negeri, Kuala Terengganu. YBhg. Dato’ Hj. Adzlan bin Mohd Dagang, MBKT’s Mayor retired of the age of 60. He and his spouse, YBhg. To’ Puan Hjh. Aizan binti Yaacob were brought by the horse-drawn carriage from MBKT Exclusive Club, Batu Burok to the Stadium Negeri’s compound. They were presented by the formation marching by 60 MBKT’s enforcement officers and welcomed by rodat played and manggars flowers along the way to the Stadium Negeri.

The MBKT’s Combo presented a few songs during the farewell dinner while the Mayor took an oportunity to sing two songs to entertain MBKT’s staffs. Encik Marzuki bin Endut, MBKT’s Secretary, Tuan Hj. Mohammad Kamil bin Othman, Kuala Terengganu District Officer, Councillors, Directors and their spouses also attended the ceremony. Sadness was felt by all employees on retirement of MBKT's Mayor with big heart and visionary.
